Face Addiction Now

Linda Davis began the Face Addiction Now nonprofit several years ago. Everyone was a volunteer and in order for this organization to grow and do more significant work, they needed to hire W2 employees. They began with one employee (now they are well over 50). collabPEO was able to put structure into their HR, allowing FAN to focus on grants and other sources of revenue, allowing them to grow their organization and programs.

Today, FAN is responsible for saving thousands of lives through its various programs and collaboration, and our partner PEO allowed it to focus on its organization, not on its foundation, because it needed to bring on employees. We were able to assist with their payroll, ensure compliance from a taxing standpoint, ensure they had a sound employee handbook, offer employee benefits and a retirement plan, and manage it all. We were also there to assist with any HR challenges they encountered, and due to the complexities of funding sources and payroll, we were able to accommodate their needs and ensure that appropriate reporting was always provided.
