About the CEO, Maria Silamianos
Maria Silamianos is a Senior Business Advisor with extensive experience in the PEO industry, having served since 1996. She began her career at a small PEO, where she quickly recognized opportunities to improve the service model to better meet clients’ needs. In 1999, Maria founded her own PEO, and by 2006, her company was issuing payrolls across the United States and internationally. This growth provided her with valuable expertise in assisting larger clients operating in multiple states.
Maria has always prioritized her clients, allowing them to focus their energy on what matters most—growing their business, improving their products or services, and ensuring the health and welfare of their employees. The client experience has remained at the forefront of her work, and she has consistently chosen exceptional partners for her clients to foster strong, impactful relationships.
