I'm Maria Silamianos, a Senior Business Advisor serving the PEO industry since 1996. I started with a small PEO and quickly realized the service model they offered could be greatly improved upon to better serve the clients. As a result, I began my PEO in 1999. By 2006 we were issuing payrolls throughout the US and internationally. This provided me with a wealth of experience in assisting larger clients that operated in several states. My focus has always been the clients; allowing them to put energy into what is important to them which, most often is to grow their business, improve their product or service and ensure the health and welfare of their employees.
